Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sorry, no phone registrations can be accepted. Full payment is required within 30 days prior to the course or activity offered. A confirming letter will be sent to you at the time your deposit is received, and again, when payment is made in full.
Physicians in training are eligible to receive a reduced fee. Physicians in training must obtain a letter from the residency training director or the director of medical education prior to the course indicating the dates of training. If you must cancel: Cancellations received in writing or by telephone at least 10 business days prior to the program will entitle you to a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations received after this time will result in forfeiture of the entire tuition unless a replacement participant can be found, in which case the tuition will be refunded minus the $100 deposit. Registrations not paid in full by the thirty day deadline are subject to cancellation. Expenses incurred by course registrants due to course cancellations are not the responsibilty of SFIMMS. |
